We engaged London58 to assist us with the CGI, branding and website for our new development, Lardenhall.com. Both Rudolph and Miro were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, and the end results speak for themselves.
We chose London58 because of their proven skillset.
They have the property marketing experience to understand what demographic we are trying to attract in order to build the right brand for the development and demographics, the expertise to code an excellent website at the right price point, and they were also able to design the logo and all associated branding elements.

We were introduced to London58 via a client of ours, Newbourne Homes. We saw the work the London58 team have done and were impressed with what we saw. We also realised their skillset was unique and stood out from other suppliers. They specialise in property marketing and deliver everything from the CGI’s up to the end when the properties need to be staged and photographed. We came across London58 through a recommendation and have subsequently instructed Rudolph and Miro to help us with our latest project.
The development in SW2 needed a brand, brochure, hoarding, photos and a website.
We wanted a young and vibrant brand identity to fit in with the local attractions in Brixton and to appeal to our potential clients - which would largely be first time buyers purchasing via Help to Buy. London58 perfectly understood the brief from day one, and gave the branding exactly the right amount of vibrancy and verve - which has greatly booted the response to the site at launch.
Working with the team has been an enjoyable experience and we look forward to working on the next project with Rudolph and Miro. London58 truly delivers everything a developer needs, they saved us time by understanding what we needed and how we work and helping us with things like our interiors and much more.
By engaging London58 we have been able to get a tangible product/brand to the Estate Agents in record time before building work is even complete, allowing the agents to get on and start marketing and selling the apartments.

The team have been wonderful to work with during the last few months and we have now successfully launched our new brand and the website. Their knowledge relating to technology and trends is superb. We also used the team to take photos of some of our properties as the previous ones were not strong enough for the website.
