We went through 5 other companies before finding London Renovations.
Others were over priced or bad reviews with no references or written quotation or surveys. London Renovations managed to price us well, consulted with us in person onsite and in writing. Our experience of the build was whole heartedly positive and was surprisingly undisruptive! We built up a good rapport with our excellent builders Mario, Harry, and Happy who were always on form and respectful of our home and genuinely hard working their combined building experience no doubt is certainly noticeable.
Our project manager Bill & Sam was always quick to respond to any questions or challenges as the build progressed and kept me very much in the loop. Sam helped us source out the bathroom fixtures, flooring, measurements delivery etc. Jack made sure team were never short of any materials and was always available. They certainly make a great team and made the conversion easy and possible together.
It’s not hard to see why London Renovations have completed so many conversions in Ilford and Romford I am really pleased with how the project has turned out.
Put simply, we highly recommend London Renovations.

Lindpn Renovations redid my kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I had undertaken work on my home and the team were very helpful from start to finish. Kept me informed of any issues that came up along the way, great at problem solving, dealt with aspects of the design I hadn't considered to make it even better and very conscientious to ensure that everything was set up the way I wanted. We recently had our loft conversion completed by London Renovations and are delighted with the finished result.

At quote stage they provided good practical advice about how to maximise the space available and were very thorough in detailing the process and how the job would be undertaken. On site the workmen were friendly and at the end of each day kept the site clear and tidy which was important to us as we have a young family.

The job was completed to a high standard and we would happily recommend London Renovations Ltd to anyone considering a similar project.

The team were extremely professional and considerate of our neighbours. Sam was able to give us a good room height when others had said it was not possible and priced very reasonably too. A friendly service, always there when you needed and nothing was too much of a problem. Very good customer service and most importantly of all we absolutely love our finished loft - our kids now have a bedroom each and a bathroom with some storage space and we are all very happy with it.

The project was completed to a high standard, to budget and exactly on schedule (13 weeks). The team were courteous, punctual, tidy and hard-working.
