I can not recommend this company enough. They are very professional, reliable, responsive, on time, polite, very respectful and well mannered. There work is very tidy also which I love. I reached out to another company, asking for a shower to be installed but this other company told me they would come on a Friday, they never turnt up with no reason as to why nor would they answer the phone to me, I heard of LPP via a work colleague, so i took the plunge and I phoned London Plumbing Pros that evening and they came and give me a quote immediately, and arrived Monday morning to complete the job! I called london plumbing pros on Sunday afternoon about my central heating. By monday morning my central heating was fixed! Ive had so many people come out to look at my heaters but london plumbing prod were the only ones who diagnosed and fixed the issue literally in a few mins. I can not recommend this company more highly So I had an issue with my boiler at the start of the year and had another company come out to fix and I was messed around for months with excuses and hidden cost so I called London plumbing and asked for someone to just come and see what was wrong (a second opinion) I spoke to Marcel and he had an engineer out to me the same day When the engineer (Tyler) arrived he found the issue straight away It was a small one and he fixed it for the call out price but informed me that it was 25+ years old and would most likely keep happening I called them back out a month later as the same issue had occurred and me and Marcel discussed a new boiler with warranty It got a very good affordable price and I could not be happier Not a single problem since March Very happy customer 5 star
