I'm very pleased with this company!!I've been use them for over 1 year now and they beat by far other quotation I have had from other steel manufacturing companies! 1st class service from the initial contact to refitting my gate. Worlds apart from other companies that I contacted. I had an very old wrought iron gate that was broken and very rusty. Shortly after contacting George it was arranged that the gate would be taken away. It arrived back this weekend in pristine condition and was refitted to perfection. I have nothing but great words to say for this company. From site survey to delivery the experience was seamless and great value for such a high quality bespoke gate. Elliot from the Sales team was on top of his game from the first contact to resolving a post installation issue. The turn around time was 6 weeks ahead of their competition of a similar name ;-) I provided them with a picture of a different gate to one they normally supply and they reproduced it to the tee.I truly can't recommend them enough. 5* rating well deserved.Very professional setup. I appointed London Gates and Railings to make and fit my new front garden railings and gate, and add some rail heads and a mesh to my alley gate. The quote did come up higher than other firms for the galvanised and powder coated railings but Elliott was very efficient and professional with the quote and provided a lot of assistance which put my mind at rest. Chris did the survey and was very helpful and customer focused. The railings and gate were fitted last week and looks stunning. The two gentleman who fitted them were so professional, patient and were committed to doing a great job to ensure I was happy. We had an EXCELLENT experience with this company after many issues trying to get anybody to quote and communicate.George was the only one who gave advice about the style for my property making the process more bespoke. He gave me an excellent price and was very accommodating about the restrictions I had to get them installed quickly for my building control. "London Gates Railings has installed beautiful traditional railings to our Victorian house. A huge thank you to their wonderful team of craftsmen! We really liked a neighbour's traditional period railings, and London Gates Railings were able to find the mold and reproduce an exact copy in beautiful quality.
