I am extremely happy with the work that LCS did on our garden. It looks amazing and everyone who sees how transformed it is can't believe it. The turnaround between receiving the design, making changes, and them starting was unbelievably fast. It has been a pleasure to have Jason & his team to install a new tiled back patio. The only access was via the front door so care was needed in bringing materials through the house. Jason’s team also installed a front tiled path where the tiles reflect the period nature of the property.
The team of workers was highly professional and ensured that our property was kept clean at all times. The tiler was very experienced and did a great job.

Extremely happy about the work carried out. I brought a new build and basically the Garden was just dirt. So the work required was to do the whole lot. I opted for patio slabs bordering the area, with astro turf in the middle. Pebbles border the outside of the garden for a neat finish. Jason estimated 8 days, it took them 8.5 days. The price was agreed on before the work. The two things that stood out was the care they took and also the tidiness. We decided to upgrade our old conservatory, I wanted it to be in the style of an orangery. Several companies gave us quotes although LCS were slightly more expensive we liked the fact that LCS managed the build and everything was taken care of ( electrics, flooring and heating ) unlike other companies who just do the basics. The extras can add up and finding reliable tradesmen difficult this was definitely worth the money. All the tradespeople were professional and tidy. We are in extremely difficult times and we had to be patient the company struggled with staff isolating and materials I’m amazed they managed to pull it all together. We were pleased with the visit from the manager Jason to sort out the snags and then the final Professional clean down was a nice touch. Everything was sorted out very quickly. These guys were great, could tell from the start that they had a good work ethic about them. Communication was excellent throughout, thoroughly transparent form Jason and any queries/questions catered for with respect to the ongoing work. My neighbour peering over the fence became quickly jealous at the finished product and now wants to employ their services also.

We are based in Essex and recently moved house to a village without mains drainage. The existing cesspit was installed in 1958, was leaking and non-compliant. As part of the agreement of the move we replaced the existing tank within weeks of moving in. We received a few quotes but went with LCS. They came across as very professional and undertook a porosity test and provided us with great advice and a quote.

I am really pleased we selected them. The work took around 5 days. They were tidy, respectful and what I really liked is how they managed our expectations throughout the work. Overall communication was great.

I explained what the problem was, Jason attended, presented solution options, a detailed quote and a start date.
