I have previously left an appalling review . I am here to update that review with another appalling review. So since leaving the last review, logo enchant contacted me with a feeble attempt to fix the mess they left. I had hired this company to create a website for me and they have left me in utter shambles. The theme they purchased would not update for some reason and that in turn has affected some of my plug ins. My check out page has duplicated credit card options that do not work. Which will affect the checkout process. When they contacted me they said to me that the theme is working fine. It was very obvious they did not understand my request . I have tried several times to contact them afterwards and they do not respond. I have finally decided to ask them to refund me the money for the theme , and they have not responded. The issue is that the purchased a theme for the website on my behalf and didn't give me any credentials to this information. They should have the licence code for the theme and they in my opinion cannot find it , and this is the reason I assume they have been blanking me. Now all I am asking them is to refund the money I paid for the theme not the entire service and they are literally ignoring me. If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would. First of all someone called Paul contacted me , he said the website will take two weeks to complete it took 5 months. They left the website undone, the blog that was on the website was in a different language, I asked them to change it and they ignored me. I am trying to upate the woodmart theme on the website and I am unable to do so, I found out that I need the credentials for the themeforest account so that I can obtain the licence code for my theme , I have messaged logo enchant about this and they have not responded to me. I am at my wits end with this company. They would message all hours of the nigh to work on the website. They provided a very poor service including customer service. When they asked me to provide the web hosting for my domain I told them no, the reason why I told them no is because I had a general feeling of untrustworthiness from this company after going back and forth on multiple issues. I am so happy I trusted my instincts on that one because any problems they have failed to fix and have ignored my messages. I cannot believe that this company received good reviews. I have asked them to refund my money for the theme so that I can purchase a new one to obtain the licence code and they have not responded. This is such a nasty company to work with and I would never recommend them to my circle of small business owners.
