Time - I enjoy spending time with clients to work out how I can make their financial life better and how I can help them to achieve their goals. When I was employed in the same line of work, I didn't have time to really help people as much as I wanted. Now people can talk through their finances in a relaxed way with much more time.

Most mortgage advisors can offer the same products, whether it is exclusive rates or from the general market. I believe what makes a good mortgage advisor is building a good relationship with a client which lasts for years, and really taking time to work out what is best for them. When you take a mortgage, it can be for up to 40 years so you need to make sure it is right and that when you come back to review it, you want to see that person. I always try to make sure my clients look forward to reviewing their mortgage and protection with me and that I'm giving them the best advice possible. I have been in property since 2004 so I have been through good, weird and bad markets, so hopefully I can help navigate my clients through any situation!

I can provide services online, in people's homes or in the office, it really is down to what is most comfortable for the client.
