Perfect service from start to finish. Would recommend to friends and family for future surveys.
John Murphy
The guys carried out a survey and valuation on our new home in November 2023.
They highlighted a number of issues and timeframes for when works should be carried out.
The valuation highlighted that we were paying too much, and we managed to reduce the price by over £10,000.
Would use again, and have recommended them to work colleagues

Home-MOT have carried out numerous surveys for us and our business over the last 15 years.
Always professional, with nothing a problem to them.
They have helped us at short notice, in other parts of the country, and once over Christmas.
The reports are full of useful information and have stopped us buying a money pit on one occasion, and helped us negotiate a price down on our current family home.
Would highly recommend Simon, Ronan and their office team!

RICS HomeBuyer Survey (Level-2)
The Level-2 Home Survey was previously called a ‘Home Buyer Report’ or ‘Home Buyers' Survey’
An RICS Level 2 Home Survey is most suitable for conventional properties that are in reasonable condition and are simple in form and layout (for example, a property that does not have multiple alterations or extensions). The report gives you more detailed information about the property, and ideas about future repairs or maintenance that may be required.
The Level-2 can be a survey only, or a survey and a valuation:
Choose an RICS Level 2 Home Survey if you would like more extensive information while buying or selling a conventional house, flat or bungalow, built from common building materials and in reasonable condition.
RICS Building Survey (Level-3)
An RICS Level-3 Home Survey is the most comprehensive survey report. It was previously known as an ‘RICS Building Survey’.
It provides you with an extensive, in-depth analysis of the property’s condition and includes advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options.
Choose an RICS Level-3 Home Survey if you’re dealing with a large, older or run-down property, a building that is unusual or altered, or if you’re planning major works.
RICS Redbook Valuations
We undertake valuations for many purposes. These can include checking the value of a property you are buying, valuations for criminal (POCA) or civil disputes (Divorce.)
We also undertake insurance, probate, inheritance tax, help-to-buy, and reinstatement valuations.
