Lloyd Architectural Design Services set up in 2014 with over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry covering all forms of contracts.
We are committed to provide the best service to our clients from the first meeting up to and including the contract's completion - here in more detail is a list of the services available -
Initial Consultation
We will visit our clients to discuss their needs and provide a brief for all parties to work from.
Building / Land Surveys
We will undertake all necessary surveys and provide the required plans in any media and to any scale.
Planning Drawings
In conjunction with our clients we will provide the necessary consultation to fulfil their requirements and provide all suitable drawings.
Planning Applications / Submissions
In accordance with all current legislation we will complete the necessary application forms and submit all Planning Applications dealing direct with the Local Authorities as required.
Building Regulation Drawings
In accordance with all current Building Regulation Approved Documents and all other legislation we will prepare the necessary Building Regulation Drawings.
Building Regulation Application / Submission
Liaising with Local Authority or private sector Approved Inspectors we will follow all applications through to their full approval.
