Our property was visited by Joe. He arrived on time and was very courteous and polite. He wasted no time in reviewing the property, carrying out a damp survey and noted the weak points and was happy to provide useful ventilation tips as he went. The whole visit took about 45 minutes. After Joe left, around 4 days later, we received a very comprehensive report detailing the improvements we need to make to the property and how to manage issues. Due to previous damp experiences I wanted a damp survey to be carried out on a property I was buying. LJCC services were very helpful and prompt in answering all my queries and made me feel at ease throughout; special mention to Leah for this. The survey was carried out on the Friday, the surveyor Joe then called me straight after which I thought was a nice personal touch.
I received the survey on the Tuesday, which was descriptive and what Joe talked to me about and thankfully there was nothing major but the report did provide advice on how to manage the mould residue. I needed a damp survey to be conducted on a property I was buying.
LJCC was very prompt in replying.
On the day of the survey I received a call from the surveyor afterwards to run through his findings which I thought was a very personal touch.
The report came the next day, it was very informative and recap what the surveyor discussed.

I enquired with LJCC services for a third survey and quote as I was getting conflicting messages from two other companies.
One company had advised that I had condensation issues one said rising damp.

The surveyor Joe turned up and he was so polite and knowledgeable.
It was infact condensation.
He took his time to explain everything in detail which the other companies didn’t.

The report reflected everything we spoke about and the recommendations which I am now following.
