I been practicing Yoga for 12 years.
I believe that when yoga is incorpetaed into your life it can only bring benefits.
There are so many physical benefits, building strength and muscle tone, mind-body connection, balance and mobility, self-confidence and awareness, which then lead into mental and overall well-being and total health.

So many of us just plod along the proverbial treadmill of life unaware of our physical potential.
I hope to help you unlock that and enjoy your You Time whether that an hour a week or 10 hours, so you can get the most out of your body, feel stronger, calmer and just generally better, living a happy healthy life.

I realized that if I wanted to have the biggest impact on the most people I needed to be doing this full time, so that's what I do.
And then having a son almost 2 years ago, being self-employed means to the most part I can work my schedule around him, and also have first hand-insight in to being a parent and juggling all that entails, with your own health and well-being.

I am no-nonsense but fun!
I have a vast life experience and have tried pretty much all the exercises under the sun!
I apply yoga philosophy to my life, so even if you don't want to do Yoga with me you can rest assured I will still be using the kind but disciplined principles to get you the goals you want, ensuring that they stick long term, and you feel an improvement in your whole well-being.

I operate in and around the South Bristol area in person but I can Zoom if you want to.

I have been teaching outside, and when studios re-open in May 2021 all government guidelines will be respected and adhered to.
When working in clients homes I always respect the level of safety the client wishes, masks on or off/ hands on or not/ indoors or outdoors, and always bring my own water and sanitiser.

Services

This can either be to get you started as a complete beginner or to help you advance your existing Yoga practice.

Can be in person or via zoom, one off sessions or multi-packs.

Yoga is so much more than just stretching and also so much more than just moving but both of those are great places to start and see where the learning journey takes you.

I'm sure you've heard about the benefits of a plant based diet . . . and not only is it good for your health but also the health of the planet.
You don't have to go vegan to benefit (I'm not) but just building your diet around whole plant foods as the foundation and then adding good quality animal products if you desire.
