Domiciliary and Supported Living
Living Hope Social Care Limited is an independent healthcare company with its registered office in Wrexham, Wales. The company is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). Users of our services are individuals in need of Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Home Care Support. This includes the young adults and elderly aged 18 years and over. Our client group include those with mental health issues but do not require hospital admission or those with mild learning disabilities who choose to stay in their homes rather than go to care homes or hospitals. We also support those who have recently been discharged from hospitals and need help in the community before they regain their full independence. Our aim is to work with our clients and their families, putting our clients' needs first. Living Hope Social Care Ltd offers a quality-driven, cost-effective, person-centered and evidence-based approach. We strive to offer a community service that promotes self-respect, privacy and dignity, independence and improves the quality of life for all.
