I went to Liverpoolmoneyman because I knew getting a mortgage on a stipend income would be difficult. Jonathan talked me through the options available and made the application process quick and easy, going the extra mile to even make himself available on one of his days off! After the application Laura took over and was brilliant at keeping me up-to-date with how the application was progressing and making sure the offer came through in a timely manner. Great help in getting a mortgage for us always easy to contact to clarify any queries we had, glad we used a broker as ther are a mine field of checks and hurdles to overcome but we received some great advise from Tom Bowes who always went the extra mile. Applications team where always on hand if we needed anything. The only thing I would improve is making the customer aware of life cover policy's ect and the costs from the start as we were took back a bit with the price of it. More...

We have just used this mortgage brokers for a mortgage on our new property. The service we received right from the start was very swift and carried out by very professional, enthusiastic caring people who make sure that every detail is done to the highest of standards and that the best deal is found on your behalf . Matt and Laura have been absolutely fantastic working very hard on our behalf and have been in touch at all times throughout the process. Chris was a massive help throughout the whole process of buying and moving into our house. He made getting us a mortgage easy, done everything so I had nothing to chase up myself. Even once the mortgage was sorted and we'd payed him he continued to help us with our solicitors. A cracking bloke, easy to get along with, and more than happy to go out of his way to help you. Matt Collinson @ LiverpoolMoneyMan was a legend, he turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a breeze. I was denied by the bank I've used for years for a mortgage due to my self employment status, so we saw the house of our dreams slipping away (with a 8 months pregnant wife !). After talking with Matt for half and hour (on a Saturday no less) he had me sorted with an Agreement in Principal from Halifax that day, and a week later we have our mortgage for real...
