Describe your creative process.
It all starts with a conversation, from there we can understand your requirements and devise the correct plan of action to help your business grow. Once we have a road map in place we start developing your brand strategy, followed by your brand identity and finally your brand activation touch points, which would include the usual marketing communications, such as website, stationery, brochures etc.
We don't stop there, we actively help our clients find new and inventive ways to communicate with their preferred target audience to build brand advocates.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We always send out a brand Q&A worksheet before starting any branding project. It helps focus our clients' minds on what they are trying to achieve from the outset.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Liven Creative was started to help scale up businesses fulfil their growth ambitions, we truly care about our clients and love playing a small part in helping their businesses grow.

As a team we're fully remote but are happy to meet up in real life, there's nothing like real-life interaction.
We work with businesses all around the UK and Europe from our remote offices, it's no problem at all.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a remote first team, so this won't be a problem, if we do meet up we take the necessary actions required to ensure we are compliant.
