We have used other service provider before. Whats stand out with Liv Healthy Care was they way use the technology to provide the care. All the care plan are digitalised and even they offered app access to family member so that we can see all the notes and update on mobile rather than calling them. The lady that came to do the care plan seems very knowledgeable and she made us understand the entire care plan in very simple form. she also showed us how to use the app. Will recommend the company for anyone who are looking for personal care service. No, we don't provide our service online or remotely. We are the home care service provider. Our carer visits our service users at their homes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are well-trained and certified in COVID-19 courses. They are well equipped with all the PPE equipment. They know the importance of protecting our vulnerable adult service users.
Companionship Care
Our companion care service is designed for older adults or those who tend to become lonely and need some company and encouragement for their day-to-day tasks. Our professional offering companion care extends non-medical support by spending quality time with the senior - be it helping them with simple tasks such as gardening, home projects, running errands, keeping them engaged by playing games, scrapbooking, or assisting them with social events, etc.
Home Care (add-ons)
Let's face it: Managing a house and keeping it tidy isn’t easy, especially for those who are ageing and suffering from other medical conditions or mobility issues. Our home care service experts can help you with day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, laundry, grocery planning, gardening, dishwashing, garbage control, watering indoor plants and more. Whether you’re seeking assistance for as little as half an hour a day, a few times a week or round the clock, we offer experts according to your specific needs.
Live-In Care
When you or your loved ones need 24-hour care, companionship and support, our expert live-in care service comes to your rescue. Live-in care includes familiarising our experts with your living routines, choices and needs to design a comprehensive package for you. It has personal care to assist with your existing routine such as getting up and going to bedtime, meal time and adhering to the diet, medication, daily activity and hobbies, home care and companionship.

End Of Life Care

By choosing to receive end-of-life care at home, you can stay where you feel most comfortable and safe. You'll also have the support and comfort of family members close by, which is essential during this difficult time.
Personal Care
Personal and nursing care may be an option if you need support to live comfortably and safely at home. This may include:
•Personal hygiene – bathing, showering, hair washing and oral hygiene.
•continence management – toileting, catheter, skin care, incontinence laundry and bed changing
•food and diet – help with eating, special diets and food preparation
•immobility problems – dealing with being immobile or substantially immobile
•simple treatments – assistance with medication (like eye drops), application of creams and lotions, simple dressings and oxygen therapy
•personal assistance – help with dressing, prostheses, mechanical and manual aids, help to get in and out of bed and using hoists
