We are a new kind of lettings agent sometimes referred to as a ‘hybrid’. That means we combine the full service model provided by high street letting agents with more reasonable prices that those using online letting agents are looking for.

What do you love most about your job?
As we have grown our letting ageny, our landlords have grown theirs and many of our landlords have properties spread across London. We try to offer a one-stop-shop for those landlords, so we let and manage properties up to a half hour commute from our offices in Clapham including Brixton, Streatham and Tooting. We don’t just cater for big landlords though. We love to help new landlords to navigate the process of letting their first property and understanding the requirements of successfully managing a property.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started life in 2011 working from a shared serviced office in Wandsworth as Active Lettings London. Founded by Fraser Macdonald – a landlord and property ‘guru’ - and Giuseppe Loppiccolo – a residential lettings specialist - we wanted to provide a good quality management service combined with reasonable fees.
Why should our clients choose you?
As landlords ourselves we have experience of using all types of letting agents from high street to online. We have designed our service to offer landlords a product that provides the full service model provided by high street agents with more reasonable prices that those using online agents are looking for.
We are members of the UKALA, the UKALA is an association of letting agents and all members must meet strict entry criteria, adhere to a code of practice and are recommended by the National Landlords Association. We are also members of the Property Redress Scheme and Client Money Protect as well as being Data Protected.
