Paul is outstanding, from the first session he put my nerves right at ease and was able to push me forward when appropriate but would also hold back and bring the session back down to earth before things got to be too much. He challenged my negative self-image and truly helped me through and guided me out the other side. we could have a laugh and still get down to the core of the issues in the same session. Paul does take a holistic approach and never once tried to diagnose me with anything but instead just helped me through the challenges I was facing, he has truly helped me and I will always be grateful that he was there for me during a time i needed the help More...

We went through a lot of therapists, not finding ones who suited us or out of touch a bit. Our first meeting was brilliant, Paul listened to both sides and helped us through our turbulent issues in our relationship (deep conversations of how each of us triggered each other). I found it some what enjoyable going to the sessions instead of dread feelings from previous help we had. I think this was due to signs of obvious improvements in the relationship and individually being able to cope and work with stress and emotions. We are pleased to say, thanks to Paul we have come a long way and have carried using methods learnt in the sessions and are very much happy and looking forward to a fresh new start. Thank you Paul, we are so grateful of everything. More...

I have always been a bit afraid of seeking therapy because i have had bad experiences with it but after a long time of consideration, I decided to give it another try. I was in a very bad mental place and got in contact with Paul as my therapist.
He has helped me work through many difficult situations and emotions and I couldn't be more grateful that i started therapy. Paul was always very professional and considerate and made sure we takle the problems at a pace that i felt comfortable with, while also challenging me to grow as a person.
Paul has been my therapist for a little more than half a year now and I am already in a much better place and feel like I can take on life again. If i could give him more stars I would. So if you are indecisive if you should start therapy - I would tell you to at least give Paul a try. It is very worth it!

After a lot of deliberation I finally decided to take the plunge and seek help with paul, a therapist at lingering thoughts.
Paul was easy to talk to and really helped me make sense of what I was going through. At times it was challenging due to my experiences but I always felt I was offered a safe collaborative space to explore my world and my place in it .
