What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing satisfying knowing that you have helped put a smile on someone's face and made a difference. Domiciliary carers provide the opportunity for individuals to remain largely independent in their own homes instead of relying on family and friends whom have their own busy lives. It also allows them to mantain control over their daily routines, activities, and decision making.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Inspiration came from the desire to make a difference in senior care. Running a home care can be extremely rewarding by providing care and support to vulnerable individuals.
