How long have you been in business?
Lim Independent Living is trading succefully for over 10 Years. Our current rating is under improvement for three years now. however, due to the Pandemic CQC were not doing visits. I am awaiting a CQC inspection.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes- all lim care givers wear protective clothing which are provided by Lim, that is gloves, aprons, mask.
What do you love most about your job?
When our customers are satisfied, we are happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing that I can contribute to the society in which I lives, give me the inspiration.

All Our carers are well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed, to ensure our high standards are always maintained.
All Lim carers are directly employed by us, continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date.
Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Criminal Records Bureau (DBS) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (PoVA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our carers are vaccinated, carers get tested weekly ,and all care givers wear their protective clothing.
Respite Care
At Lim Independent and Community Care Services we deliver respite support for the carers of elderly clients, dementia care and so on, this allows your regular carer whether a family member or friend to have a break from their usual support routine.
This short break will help them return fully to care feeling energized and refreshed.
