I am eternally grateful for finding Lin and for her prompt reply to my initial enquiry. My experience of working with Lin has been nothing short of exceptional. We embarked on a journey that saw me completely broken at the very beginning and through insightful and groundbreaking learning; coupled with Lin’s complete understanding of my needs at each stage, have we planned a compelling and exciting future for me. I worked with Lin for a 12 week programme to start with as I was having some struggles with work. My confidence in myself was low and I felt in a rut. I was not enjoying work and was anxious, not sleeping at night and having panic attacks.

I was looking particularly for someone who would be able to work with me through my difficulties at work and help me deal with them in a professional way as I was becoming quiet and tearful on a daily basis and being one of the older member of staff - I knew that this wasn't how best to behave so that was making me feel worse as I was being tough on myself.

Before I began the sessions i was dreading it as I wasn't looking forward to talking about my feelings but just after the initial meeting, i knew I had done the right thing.

I am so happy that I choose Lin to be my coach. She listened to what I had to say, we set my values and what I wanted to get out of work. What my goals and objectives are, not only with work but life also. We looked at how things could change - what changes I had to make especially on my outlook on myself.

I'm in a good place now - loving my job and I put this down to the coaching and mentoring that I received from Lin. It just a shame I live so far away as I would love to go on one of her relaxing retreats. More...
