What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy what I do!
Finding a vocation that makes you feel valued and fulfilled is an important part to happiness and getting the work and leisure balance in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of coaching and specifically helping others to reach their potential in the sporting sector, utilising skills to help people start a new or different path in life is something that I have become passionate about and look forward to working with others.

Achieving a goal is something that I believe can be achieved by self analysis and action planning. By facilitating this process through self guided discovery, we can work together to enable a positive change and outcomes.
