Lido was on time and did a fantastic job. He kept me updated with progress and waited until I confirmed I was satisfied with the results.

I needed end of tenancy cleaning for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. Walid was very responsive and communication was quick, clear and very polite. All Comms was done over WhatsApp which was efficient for me. Timing and fee was agreed, and Walid arrive promptly. Despite spending more time than usual, Walid never complained but happily took on the work and shared before and after pictures via WhatsApp throughout the day. Walid even went overboard and helped move stuff out without insisting on extra payment.
