Sally is a wonderful teacher who is patient andata considerate for each of her cliens individual needs. Always very professional and helpful with good advise. Helped me greatly with an old back in jury and my knees. Pilates is a wonderful way to retrain and feel in good health safely for people of all ages. Fantastic, knowledgeable, and caring teacher. So glad she was the first Pilates class I went to because now Sally has given me the love of Pilates for life. Even though I braved going the first class on my own I was made to feel very welcome by Sally and the group and felt I really learnt the long term benefits of Pilates from the way it was instructed.
