I thoroughly love my role as a Support Worker at Carewatch. I have learnt so much in the year that I have been working here, for instance, I am much more well informed and aware of Dementia and the affect that is has on individuals. The guys in the office are extremely friendly, and have given me plenty of opportunities to develop my knowledge on Health and Social Care, as well as illnesses such as Diabetes. I would truly recommend anybody to work here, I very much look forward to progressing further into the company. What do you love most about your job?
Being a premier award winning care company we know only too well of the problems associated with being unable to get about to fulfil the most simple of tasks of everyday life, things most of us take for granted.
There are a lot of people out there who feel marooned in their own homes because they don’t need formal care services, but don’t feel confident going out on their own, and their families have busy lives to lead. There could be a number of reasons for isolation, poor mobility or just lack of confidence, and what Liberty Belles is all about is giving people their independence back. That is what I enjoy most about the job, reducing isolation and loneliness and improving peoples physical and mental well-being with the risks associated with loneliness and isolation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is a well-established fact that isolation and loneliness are the biggest problem facing elderly people, and are a major cause of health deterioration – often leading to people having to go into residential care.
We want to help tackle that, and what better way of doing it than providing assisted transport so people can leave their home fully confident they have help at hand from a professional carer.
Why should our clients choose you?
A large part of our business and the reason that customers and their families choose our service is for the peace of mind that loved ones are in safe hands. All of our companions are DBS and reference checked and are fully qualified care assistants with a wealth of different experiences.

We help you with general household chores, laundry, help putting shopping away and other errands you may struggle to complete. We also understand that people can become lonely and may just need some company. We can also be there to just have a cup of tea and a natter.
