When my boiler broke I was expecting the worst as previously told by someone else that it was on its last legs. Carl straight away identified and fixed the fault. Thinking I would still need a new boiler, Carl advised there was still life left in the boiler and no need to buy a new one just yet, saving me a lot of money. We have used Carl’s services now on two occasions for separate issues. Carl responds quickly to our messages of ‘help!‘ and has been able to come out promptly. He competes the job effectively and leaves the work area clean and tidy. Overall his friendly manner and honest, hard working nature makes this business our go-to as I know we’re in safe hands. I had Carl to fit a new combi boiler after getting a very competitive quote from him. He arrived when he said he would and did a brilliant job. He fitted a hive for me as well and I am chuffed to bits with it. Nothing was too much trouble, he doesn't mess about, just gets the job done and cleans up after himself. First used Carl a few months ago, having tried and failed to get anywhere with at least 5 other plumbers. He arrived when he said he would to price all the work and advised a quote would be provided within 2 days, it arrived the next day. It was then easy to book him in for a day to do the work and more importantly he then arrived on the day he said he would. That in itself is something to shout about these days. All the work was carried out in a very tidy fashion with no mess and suitable advice throughout about which parts would be best replaced and which would be ok to leave as they were. Last week I had cause to contact Carl again for a leaking toilet. Thankfully he was able to squeeze me in for a quote within a few days, and amazingly was able to come and complete the job three days later, having seen how much the leak was causing problems for me. Again arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job in tidy effiient fashion, and even reduced the final price as the job was not as complicated as he first thought it might have been. You can't fault honesty and integrity like that. If you want an honest, efficient and most importantly, reliable plumber, then Carl is the one you want. Don't look elsewhere. More...

I contacted Lewis Serve in all good faith for an estimate to fit a new central heating system in a reasonably modern house. I was informed that due to work load it could not be fitted for at least ten weeks which was not a problem. A survey was carried out and I thought he was the man I would like to carry out the task then recieved a text a few days after stating the job could not be carried out for around six months ? I asked him to carry on with the estimate and was willing to wait but heard nothing.I have set him a text and left him a message on his phone and asked him in politely person to ring me back but has declined to respond and I really have no clue as to why ?
