Would have comfortably slept another 2 as the max capacity suggests. We used it for just the weekend and were not disappointed....it even had a mini bar! Never heard the neighbours. What do you love most about your job?
I love working for Letsby Avenue because its a family run business. The local family run business ethos is really something that makes Letsby Avenue stand out from the rest.
The staff are treated really well and we've all been here a very long time. This reflects with both our Landlords and Tenants. Nothing task is too big or small and our Landlords and Tenants stay with us for a very long time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Property lettings is something that needs to be done right. We look after a Landlords biggest asset and the legal implications of not running a property correctly can be very far reaching.
Having my own small lettings portfolio, I was tired of using many different agencies to look after my properties. I decided to set up on my own using the bad experiences I had with other agents as basis of how to do things right.
We have grown mainly by word of mouth due to our success of doing thigs right and keeping our fees very low.

We are a local family run business with a strong reputation for going for the extra mile. We treat every property as if it were our own and keep our fees very low.
We pride ourselves with having Landlords that have been with us for many years and going the 'extra mile' with everything we do helps us to be the best Letting Agent in the North of England.

We provide both online services and office services if required. We can tailor your needs to suit you and fit aruond whatever works best.
Property Management
Full Management Service
Our full management service provides you with peace of mind and enables you to maximize your profit with no hassle and little or no involvement from you. The full management commission is only 10% plus VAT of the monthly rental payments. We do not charge an initial finding fee or make an admin charge for renewal of an existing agreement.
Tenant Finding Service
Our initial letting and advertising charge for a Let Only is £450,00 plus VAT and includes advertising, showing the tenant around the property, preparation of the tenancy agreement and introducing you to the tenant.
Sales
Here at Letsby Avenue we pride ourselves on being market leaders both in Sales and Lettings. We believe that you come first and it is in our interest to help you sell your property for a price that you want without extortionate fees added on top.
Fees:
We keep fees low but our quality and customer service high. Just like our lettings ethos, we have built the foundations of our business on honesty and integrity and our fees reflect this. We can sell your home for just 0.75% of the total sale. Other competitors can not compete with our low fees and quality service.
