What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
uring the COVID-19 pandemic we changed our working practices and, where possible worked from home in accordance with Government Directive, at the same time preventing access to all but skeleton staff. Our office is now open subject to Government Guidance. We have continued working on current and new matters during the previous national lockdown. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with all staff members. This policy is drawn up as a result of our risk assessment.

This can be face to face, by telephone, email (or a combination of these). It might include us reading documents before telling you what we can do for you. We will then tell you if we can help you or not based on your case, your options, what needs to be done and finally guiding you to our full service that we offer to you.
We prefer to take care of our client’s case from A to Z, as this is the best for both parties. In immigration cases, we are mainly working on fixed fee arrangements. If the clients decided not to take this option, we can also offer a one-hour consultation service or an application checking service.
Our Full-Service Representation is our best and most recommended option for fixed fees and full representation for your immigration case.
Conveyancing
When it comes to the sale or purchase of your property, we offer world class, efficient service to ensure the process of transferring ownership is thorough and smooth. We take a transparent approach in every step, providing you with a full report during the progress of your transaction. Whether you’re a freehold or leasehold, we offer a range of services that encompass the buy to let market when purchasing your first or additional property. Our partner led approach ensures your experience stays with the same lawyer from beginning to end.
Your personal lawyer will advise you along the journey, that typically takes between 8 to 10 weeks and will keep in touch on matters that possibly make the process longer. These obstacles normally depend on; mortgages on either side of the transaction take longer than a cash purchase and; depending on the completion date if a new build is being purchased in the chain.
