Free market appraisal, high-end imagery, accompanied viewings, sourcing of new tenant(s), conduct credit and referencing checks to validate affordability, serve tenancy pack for e-signing including legal documentation and safety certificates (where required), collect advanced payment of rent and security deposit for administering.
All commission rates are a percentage of the contract term, free of value added tax, and exempt of any renewal charges. Admin fees apply.
Rent Collection & Processing
As above, in addition make the necessary arrangements to obtain rent monthly in advance or otherwise agreed, and account to the Landlord accordingly.
Full Property Management
As per the above two listed services, furthermore we'll diagnose and organise any necessary maintenance repairs when reported upon, conduct inspections as and when required and/or instructed, and assist with any queries that may arise throughout the tenants tenure.
