Lei came and cooked for a group of our friends last night. We discussed the menu over the phone and Lei arrived with all the equipment she needed. I thought it might seem strange having someone cooking in my own kitchen, but Lei is so lovely and made us all feel relaxed. Everything was prepared fresh and it all tasted amazing. Lei talked us through every dish and was happy to answer any questions. Our kitchen was left clean and tidy, what more could you ask for! What a treat it was, we’ll definitely be inviting her back. First time tonight of trying Lei’s home kitchen. Wow really enjoyed our meal. Lei came over and cooked for a family Birthday dinner and the whole experience was exceptional. The food was incredible and the courses were perfectly delivered with a dish or two at a time and breaks in between. Lei was also great company, and took the time to explain the courses, flavours and spices in detail. The dumplings were a particular highlight for me and I could quite easily eat the pork again for lunch! (If not breakfast). Would highly recommend booking in with Lei before my family steal all of her free dates! xx More...
