Cleaning information

*Please read all of our information given and reply with the following information needed*

We are based in Washington and travel 20 minutes from NE371nn

We bring all of our own equipment and materials.

We work by time @ the following:
House cleaning £16.00ph per cleaner
Office cleaning £16.00ph per cleaner
End of tenancy cleaning £17.00ph per cleaner
Student Accommodation cleaning £22.00ph per cleaner
Commercial cleaning £27.00ph per cleaner

We work in groups of 2 & 3 cleaners due to the workload we have

We do take keys for property’s if you decide you would like a regular clean.

We provide weekly, fortnightly and monthly rotation cleans.

*Bank holidays*
Unfortunately we do not work bank holidays. If your clean falls on a bank holiday our 2 week rotation Carry's on therefore your clean is missed or we can try our best to get you in another day in that week.

*Payments*
Bank transfer or cash is accepted. Bank transfers are to be paid by 7pm Friday evening for the invoices that are sent out Monday to Thursday. Invoices that are sent out on a Friday evening are to be paid by 7pm on a Saturday evening.
Monthly invoices to be paid by the late day of the month. Unfortunately If your invoice isn't paid by the requested times a late charge will be added of £10.00 daily.

*Cancellation fee*
There is also a £24.00 cancellation fee if for any reason you need to cancel giving us less than 24hours notice. As this slot could of been offered to someone else and staff still need to be paid that day.

*Cleaning*
We carry out two different types of cleaning. A deep clean and a general clean...

General clean entails:
Polishing of all rooms
Bathrooms
Kitchen
Floors

Deep clean entails:
(All of the above)
Skirting boards/wood work cleaned
Light fittings/Curtain poles dusted
Doors and door frames cleaned
Marks on any paintwork - Depending on paint used.
Ontop of wardrobes dusted
Front & behind Radiators cleaned
Windows (inside)
Furniture moved that can be
Cobweb sweep

End of tenancy clean:
(All of above)
Inside kitchen cupboards

However if you would just like a general clean and some of a deep clean that’s absolutely fine. You don’t have to have one or the other.

*Blinds*
Blinds are unfortunately not included in our Deep clean unless asked, Also we can only clean them if they are the wooden slat blinds.

The hardest question we get asked is..
“How long do we think a clean will take”
Every house is so different that’s why we work by time. Also a Deep clean is very time taking compared to a General clean.
Therefore feel free to cap your time of clean and give us a priority list to work through and we will get done what we can in that time.
