I am very sorry that you are disappointed in your Windbreaker Ian. The Windbreaker and securing post were both sited were you requested when I arrived for the job. It was a number of hours later when you contacted me to say the cassette of the windbreaker has no brake to stop it unraveling and could I help. I did respond to you (I have the text conversation) and suggest a fix, as without siting the windbreaker in a different position and carrying out groundwork’s to re-site the post I don’t think the issue could be resolved. Again I am sorry you were dissatisfied with your outcome.
