Jean walked into my life a year ago and I don't know what I would have done without her. She is absolutely amazing. She started by helping me manage a small block of flats in Bingley, arranging contractors, overseeing their work, calling people out at the most random times to sort out urgent problems (like a broken sewage pump)and was always there when I needed her. Then she organised a letting for a flat, advised us and managed that seamlessly. Finally she found us a buyer. Nothing was too much trouble despite some very challenging situations, and she was always impeccably professional about everything, but very very kind at the same time.
