Very good so far . Only been once but coming again soon

First time having a cleaner and it hasn't been a good experience at all. The ladies arrived half an hour late and left earlier than they should have done. My bathrooms still need doing as sinks and toilets were not done properly, bath or shower tray wasn't done, only wiped over places with a cloth and not used any polish so is still dusty and the main thing I wanted done was the skirting boards which was advised and they weren't done either. This has put me off wanting to get another cleaner as I still have to pay but clean myself. Really displeased with the whole experience. More...

We are very sorry about your experience on this occassion. Following your clean you contacted us regarding the standards being below par in one area of tbe property, since then we have investigated this and appologised and given you compensation for this and taken appropriate action with our cleaners regarding it. We also offered you a discount off your next clean so that we could show you this wasn’t to our usual standards and you declined this offer. Regarding the time the cleaners were there, you paid for a 2 hour clean, this would only be 1 hour with 2 cleaners. The cleaners actually did 1.5 hours with 2 cleaners actually meaning you had a 3 hour clean and were only charged for 2. We are sorry that you feel this way but feel this was handled professionally throughout. As you can see from our other reviews this is a one off issue and had you taken us up on the offer for the discounted next clean we could have proven this to you. Once again we apologise for your experience on this occassion.

Deep clean of our home from top to bottom including every crevice after two weeks of dirty, dusty building works. LDL cleaning came to my rescue after I posted a request. I can honestly say John as gone above and beyond for me and my holiday cottages and now I am having in my own home too.

We all know how it’s been crazy hot, and still John and Lauren caked and gave my home a thorough clean, not only were they kind caring and professional they were warm and inviting and cleaned my home till it shone.
