I was looking for care to help me with my husband who is very frail elderly. I used “ BARK” and found LCSV. Owned and managed by Lewis & Grace ,we created a care package . I am so pleased with the care they give my husband . I cannot fault their approach to his needs and feel he enjoys their visits.I consider myself blessed to have found them and should anyone wish to also find someone for their loved ones please get in touch . Services

LCSV Limited will ensure that our clients we will be supporting are provided with appropriate personal care within their own home or own supported living accommodation; promoting our clients to be active members of society who also contribute to their own communities.

Personal care:
ESSENTIAL SERVICES
 Assistance with dressing/undressing - getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night
 Assistance with bathing, showering and washing
 Help with skin care, washing hair and cleaning teeth
 Manicuring and foot care but not cutting toenails
 Help with bed bathing
 Assistance with toileting and use of incontinence aids
 Assistance with medication and health-related duties (by the written Care Plan)
 Night sleepover or sitting service and day sitting services
 Assisting with the feeding social care including
Companionship, social skills, social interaction
 Reminiscing and mental awareness stimulation
 Letter writing and managing correspondence
 Escorting to medical and social appointments
 Escorting to educational/employment establishments
 Participation in hobbies
 Walking and travelling
 Assisting with an agreed programme of convalescence/ rehabilitation
 Assisting with budgeting and finances
General living assistance Domestic cares, including:
 The preparation of food, shopping, cooking, washing up and menu planning
 Cleaning and general routine household tasks
 Shopping
 Laundry (including incontinence laundry)
All jobs carried out by Care Workers will be agreed and set out in writing in the Care Plan/Contract.
