How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
I am always happy to undertake a site visit to help clients understand if their loft is suitable for conversion. It is not always a straightforward answer but head height is key.
How long have you been in business?
Lay Construction was established in 2005. Previously I had another building company with a partner, and before that I was a commercial diver.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We generally have clients asking us back to do more work for them, which I believe is the best advertisement for our work. We always ensure a client is completely satisfied with their job before the project is signed off as completed.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety of work we undertake, no two projects are the same and that makes every day interesting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always knew that I was good at the work I undertook and I was keen to build that into a reputable, long term business.
