I’m so pleased I came across Lauren’s lovely interior design shop at the Royal Arcade! Not only does the shop has some stunning home decor and furniture pieces but Lauren has a wonderful warm, positive and helpful approach to understanding what a customers needs and coming up with the best options. I had a specific mirror in mind to go above my floating mantle and I sent Lauren a few photos of what I was after - she was very quickly and efficiently able to find the exact product that ticked all the boxes for size, style , design etc and at a fantastic price, much better pricing as compared to the high street. She has also helped me come up with options for other pieces of furniture (chair, side table) and home decor items, all with a positive, helpful approach and no pressure. I’m really pleased to find someone so knowledgable about home decor and with great taste and resources. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a creative director of a larger interior design company in Hertfordshire. I had recently moved to Norfolk and opened my own showroom in The Royal Arcade, Norwich.
