We booked to do a team building training day before our busy student season started to solidify our team. Typically, throughout the summer we employ extra staff to join the team as we have about 200 student houses moving in and out over a two-month period; so it is very important that we work as a strong team. Our day with Neil was exceptional. The team really enjoyed the day and we all felt really excited about the summer to come armed with the fountain of knowledge we received. Our expectations were totally exceed by the result of this superb training. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, supporting each other, exchanging ideas, updating systems.
