Such great classes! Since joining I feel stronger with no more aches and pains like I used to have, along with greater flexibility and balance. Luce is great at giving personal attention to make sure that you are in the right pose to get the most out of the class. Luce is a great teacher, not only is she full of energy she has a real passion for what she does. Within my first session she fixed a constant niggle / crunch that I’ve had in my shoulder for at least 2 years! I started doing 1 to 1 Pilarties classes with Lucy two months ago due to suffering with chronic pain to my right side for over a year and not being able to find anything to help than lots of medication. In the two months the pain has significantly reduced, I have increased movement and reduced medication, I have really enjoy the sessions learning new movements each week, being able to incorporate movements into my daily life.
