The fella right on the case starting today

as fine as can be unfortunately the scaffolding was taken down so he was unable to give in-depth findings but was a good help, i'd recommend him

totally useless and unprofessional. Took 3 visits on consecutive days, brought some materials on the second visit at 2pm and arrived on the third day at 11am and immediately asked for a cup of tea. Said that he would finish the job by Friday afternoon but if not finished he could not he could not return until the following Wednesday, leaving us with no bath, shower and wash basin for almost a week.
The quote was over £2200 and cost of materials around £400 so it was obvious that he would never keep to a proposed time for the works within11 hours.
We gave him £100 for his trouble and sent him packing.
