How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The main idea for the menus are the clients, so I would make sure that I have a conversation about they type of event, likes and dislike and take it from there
What do you love most about your job?
The smile on my clients face once they take that first bite… it’s priceless
What inspired you to start your own business?
The want to do it my own way, with the products and concepts that the customers want and put my own little finishing touches to things, rather than going by the book

Because I want to provide my clients with an experience that will blow their mind not to mention great food provided

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Get regular checks and make sure that I have a great cleaning and sanitising routine in place, if that’s personal or products
Bronze package
Is a basic package deal whereby we have a discussion on your needs and what you would like for your event in terms of food, then we bring your event to life
Silver package
This package is very similar to the bronze package but with this package I would also provide the service of dressing the table if it’s a sit down meal I.e candles, drapes, flowers, balloons etc
Gold package
Again this package is very similar to the bronze and silver but what set this package high than the rest is I could also provide a singer for an hour for you and your guests and a mixologist, but also I would dress the party area to how you would like i.e ballon arch, draped curtains, fairy lights etc
