The girls are really lovely. The organiser of the company… not so much. Booked in for a “New Home deep clean” £140. Girls weren’t even aware that they were doing this or what they were supposed to be cleaning.
They were here for 2 hours. Missed a lot of things (I assume to rush off to the next clean). Miss Crangle (owner) reduced the price because they didn’t do the oven… which was the main thing I wanted doing really. 2 hours of cleaning… half a job, for £120!!! Ridiculous. I’ve since been trying to communicate with Miss Crangle, to get a partial refund for the service, and to only pay whatever the rate is for 2 hours. But her policy doesn’t allow refunds. I should also mention, the only reason I needed cleaners was because I couldn’t do it due to having an operation. Disgusting. The girls had a lot to say about Miss Crangle. STAY CLEAR!!!
I haven’t been unreasonable with her. It wasn’t just the oven they didn’t do. Glass in doors and cupboards wasn’t cleaned, floor still had sticky substance from the previous owner, none of the hob/extractor fan was done, and things weren’t put back in there places. Coffee table wasn’t touched but moved in order to get under the rug, didn’t have much things on it, and those weren’t moved either. All of which was explained to Miss Crangle. I no longer require anyone to clean for me as I can do it myself now, and always have kept it clean. The girls were impressed with how clean it actually was in comparison to some they visit.
She has offered to send them back, however this is then out of my own time. It is a legal right to ask for a partial refund. This will be taken further.

Fantastic service. I have never hired a cleaner before and I'm not a massive fan of cleaning myself (Which you could tell by the horrific state of my house) but having hired Ladiesmaids I cannot recommend them enough!
I am hoping to hire them again for regular cleaning.
The couple who came to my house were so friendly and immediately put me at ease. They were fantastic interacting with my dogs and I really enjoyed listening to the singing along to the radio. Honestly, through a year with a lot of solitary confinement, ladiesmaids was a breath of fresh air.
