End of Tenancy Cleaning
Tenancy end clean. It's one thing to be low quality (cost me £90 rental deposit), it's another level of bad to be deceitful (later discovered the glass splashback missing - another £70+ deducted by my landlord). The cleaning company never told me, I assume they broke the glass and decided to lie, then ignored my emails ever since. They charged me £320, my total out of pocket is close to £500. More...

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Very Unprofessional
Make sure you checked all the areas before they said it's all cleaned.
Cupboards were not cleaned.
Bathroom was not cleaned properly
Doors were not cleaned.
windows were not cleaned.
i have all the pictures i can provide that too.
reason for leaving was got another job to finish.
left the property half clean and charged me £150 and i have spent another 2 hrs. to clean it again.
whole point to get a professional is to get the work done properly so that i don't need to do it again,

What inspired you to start your own business?
I got inspired to start my own business as a family member already owns a large well established cleaning company for the last 35 years. I have helped throughout my life with the company and wanted to start my own business.
