I recently used KZ&CO LTD but was not satisfied with the results. However, the company reached out to me following my negative review and offered to come back and redo the cleaning.
I must say, I am incredibly impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction.
The cleaners returned and did an excellent job. The oven and fridge freezer were both cleaned to a professional standard and looked brand new. The team were polite and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
I am glad the company took my feedback and worked to rectify the service. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a thorough and reliable cleaning service. Thank you for turning my negative experience into a positive one!
