My name is Guilherme and I am Portuguese, I have been a Chef now for over 16 years.
I have worked in several restaurants, I lead teams, I worked on Yachts and I am now a Private and Personal Chef.

What’s your signature dish?
I love doing different things to accommodate my costumers so I dont stick with one dish. Love food and love to create.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I think having my menus is important to give costumers an idea but I always ask if they have something they really love in mind. If you are getting married you want great food of course but if I can replicate a dish you probably had when you were a kid, that monent now is going to be a great memory forever.
What do you love most about your job?
Learning new things, new types of food, pleasing my costumers. Finding solutions which is all I am about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always been very ambitous, I believe to be successful you cannot achieve that just by sticking with your day to day job.

Because I work on creating the best moments, I am also very easy going, flexible and have a good personality which is important for these kind of events.

Sure, I can do online classes if needed, teaching people how to cook great food.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Taking care of the food with extra careful. Vaccum pack takes a big important role as it removes all the oxygen and preserve the food much better.
