Honestly, I have nothing negative to say and no criticism to give; only words of gratitude. First off, it was very easy to communicate online and through emails, which is always good because there's no stress to it. What I then really liked, was that before the event I got an email confirming everything, which again made me comfortable and made everything easy. Then, arguably the most important aspect, the photos were absolutely perfect; exactly what I asked for and more than I could have hope for. Not only were the photos "candids", which is what I asked for, but they were also edited and looked really really good. The photos were then sent via link through an email with all the instructions needed and a reminder that if any help is required, you would be talked through it. The services don't stop after the date of your event, but continue all the way through until you are satisfied with the outcome, which I think is unique about Kostis.
