Being a witness to the growth and transformation of my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to do what I want when I want. My own personal coaching journey allowed me to figure out what was really important to me and put a plan in place to make that happen.

Coaching

My leadership programmes and workshops bring together the powerful principles of Co-Active Coaching, Leadership Best Practice and over 20 years of my own experience leading customer-facing teams. My style is to facilitate rather than lecture and the format is a mix of insight, practical exercises, personal reflection and discussion.
