My parents developed a problem with their electric supply to their house today, whereby something was tripping the supply and they ended up with no electricity to their house for 12 hours. .. My dad has some very limited electrical experience but this was beyond him - so I posted on Facebook for some help and Ryan messaged me a few suggestions for my dad - he then gave his phone number for my dad to contact him so he could try and help further... Ryan even offered to come to the house to try and restore the electrical supply (during this lockdown - with full PPE) as both my parents work from home and have no means of doing so it’s no electric! From further diagnosis with Ryan, my dad has found the issue and has a temporary fix - and will be getting Ryan to make a permanent fix. On behalf of myself and my parents - we would just like to thank Ryan for his help and expertise during this unprecedented time - and all of this help and support was carried out for FREE!
