Following on from my previous review, here is the feedback from the letting agents.
"There are a few items that your cleaners have appeared to overlook:-
Entrance Hall:
Ceiling needs cobwebbing
Entrance Hall:
Marks to door to sitting room need removing – suggest using Jif
Dining Room:
The marks to the shelved cupboard need removing
Kitchen ceiling:
Grease/mouldy spots need removing from ceiling by extractor hood
Hob:
Needs a finish clean
Top oven:
I would question whether the cleaner has not cleaned this?
Windows internally:
The kitchen window has splash marks & the bathroom & dining room windows are smeary
I note from the invoice Kaylie emailed me last night you paid for a cleaning company to carry out the majority of the above works. Therefore, I would suggest that you arrange for them to return to the property in order to carry out the works you have paid for.
In addition, please could you advise as to when the carpets were professionally cleaned was a deodorizer was used as there is a doggy smell? "
I sent the above feedback on to Kelly and she failed to reply to my email.
I would also question the validity of the other reviews as previous to my review there were no reviews on this site...silly me for giving her a chance despite not good feedback!! Should have done more research it seems.
I can 100% say the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned inside as I had to clean them myself and there was no way they had been done! The stains to the bedroom to the carpet she mentions in the reply I had discussed with her and we agreed they were unlikely to come out and that is why I didn't mention those in my complaint however there were spots in the living room and dining room which she clearly hadn't even attempted as on seeing them I was able to pick them off as they were just trodden in blue tac. Something she should have spotted!

Dear Kaylie. I have responded to your email and also copied your letting agents in. To whom it may concern. Regarding the above clean undertaken on the 29th of January 2021. I have read your review on Bark and I have offered to re-visit your property to rectify any out standing cleaning that wasn't completed. I would also like to address the issue of me walking the property with you, this is taken very seriously so that our clients can address any issues they may have with the services we have provided. If the client is not happy at the time, this should be resolved there and then. We operate on a non refund policy please refer to our terms and conditions on our website. https://www.knccleaningservices.uk/privacy-policy I have put together a list of everything we will clean again. 1 Entrance Hall cobwebs missed, and door to living room. 2 Dining room Mark's in shelves these couldn't be removed i suggest this should be painted. 3 Boiler Cupboard Black marks on carpet( kaylie had said prior to us starting work that this was dye. Carpet needs replacing. 4 Kitchen ceiling Mould and grease marks, I did try to remove these, on first impressions they appeared to have gone but have returned. I will bring a different detergent to try again if this fails I always have a pot of white paint with me. This will be no extra cost. 5 Extractor Hob. We do not replace the filter this is down to the tenants. 6 Oven Hob will get another finish 7 Top oven will get another clean. 8 Bathroom sealant will get another clean. Please don't use bleach this will turn the sealant yellow. 9 windows internal will get cleaned again smear free. Please can you arrange a date and time for us to re-clean the above items. End of Tenancy Cleaning
Very Disappointing
I hired KNC cleaning for an end of tenancy clean including carpets and oven. I had to go back after and complete the job because they didn't!
On first appearance it looked ok but I wasn't able to inspect properly as she followed be around as I was checking and it was quite intimidating.
The oven was cleaned well and the radiators, I'll give them that but I was unhappy with everything else. They had cleary rushed it and not paid attention to detail.They didn't clean inside kitchen cupboards at all. The floor had been mopped but not swept? They didn't clean down any marks on walls or doors/door frames, which you would expect of an end of tenancy clean and although the carpets were shampooed they didn't spot clean it and I'm not convinced they did the stairs. Also one of the bedrooms smelt of cigarette smoke (we don't smoke!!)

I would like to respond to review, the job was completed to to high standard. Two of us was there for nearly 6hrs that's 12hr labour so how we rush is beyond me. I have worked in this industry for over 10years and never had a complaint. There was stains on the carpet in which you told me about prior us commencing work, in which you said they were there before you move in. I assure you the kitchen cupboards were cleaned inside and out. I have pictures to prove this, and no one under any circumstances smoke in your property. I do apologise for following you around but I like to know before I leave if you notice anything we had missed we could rectify this,all the walls were in such bad distress the marks just wouldn't come out, I advice you on this one. If you had notified us we would have come back at no extra cost and re-cleaned. If anyone is deterred from the above review. Please click on my links where you will find fantastic reviews

“For years, I worked in the merchant services industry “I saw there was a better way to conduct business (without lying to business owners and charging an arm and a leg!) and brought my idea to my bosses. They laughed.”
