I would really have liked to give a good review as they were nice but unfortunately I was extremely unhappy with the service provided. What was meant to be a deep clean definitely wasn’t. I had asked for inside window frames to be cleaned, woodwork scrubbed just all the bits that don’t get done regularly. Unfortunately a lot of this was missed or not done to a good standard. When I contacted them about it she said she spent most of her time getting dog hair out the sofa which was something I hadn’t even requested be done but she had said was included in the deep clean. She then said she would come back out and sort it but after sending her some pictures she then stated she would do my windows, bathroom and blinds again for free when I get them out to do my bedrooms. Overall it was a complete waste of £170. Save your money and do it yourself. More...

I would have like to have given then a good review as they were very nice but unfortunately the workmanship was not up to scratch! I asked for a DEEP clean, they didn't even do a standard clean they missed corners, cobwebs, shower screens plus lots more. I am afraid I had to clean up behind them. All in all a waste of money! I hired them for Deep cleaning after some works was done to our house. I was promised to get a very cleaned house to my standards, but they did not deliver the promised. All the corner aloof my house was not cleaned. Some rooms were not even touched. Bathroom tiles were not cleaned. I only got carpet deep cleaned and oven.
