Ruuuuude! Came for a first cleaning but although they say they accept inputs to adapt the service to the customer, this is not true. I was prepared to continue with the service thinking that I could say how I like things done (as they have a weird sequencing of tasks that, no doubt, makes a difference in the quality of cleaning) but never ever anymore had a single answer. E-mailed, WhatsApped, messaged... asked if they were ok... Not a single word. I just needed to be politely told that my standards are too high, I am too picky, so they cannot give me the level of service I was expecting. That's 40 days today, so I am not expecting any contact anymore, it just made me waste time that I could have used to find another company. More...
